​Lifestyle Solutions Healthy Planet Inc. (LSHP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that functions on donations from generous people like yourself.

All sponsorship money is tax deductible to you or your business.

All Directors and Planning Team Members are volunteers, with no paid members.     

​All donations received by LSHP are used to educate people in the SW Florida area on the health and wellness benefits of a whole-food plant-based lifestyle. These are benefits for human health, the health of the planet, and the protection of those who are voiceless.

Conditions of Agreement – Please read each of the conditions below
Conditions that apply to Sponsors

​Non-profit Lifestyle Solutions Healthy Planet Inc. and Vegan Street Fest reserve the right to accept or decline any sponsorship application at its discretion.


1. Each SPONSOR must submit an individual application and payment.

2. SPONSORS are responsible for setup and take-down/removal of their materials.

3. Should any contingency interrupt or prevent the holding of the Vegan Street Fest, including but not limited to inclement weather, war, terrorism, or lockouts, the event coordinators and Vegan Street Fest shall in no way be liable. Should any contingency prohibit the event from taking place as scheduled, event coordinators will make their best effort to reschedule the event on a weekend day as near to the original date as possible, but there is no guarantee that the fest will be rescheduled.

4. Payment and a high resolution Sponsor logo must be received by January 31, 2024 if Sponsor wishes to receive the full benefits offered.

5. $500+ Sponsors who wish to use their free booth benefit must also complete a Vendor application and agree to the “Conditions of Vendor Participation”.

6. ​Sponsor agrees to make no claim for whatever reason against the event coordinators, the non profit Lifestyle Solutions Healthy Planet Inc., Vegan Street Fest or the City of Cape Coral for any loss or injury related to Sponsors participation in and/or sponsorship of the Vegan Street Fest.
