​Conditions of participation as a Vendor
Vegan Street Fest and Lifestyle Solutions Healthy Planet Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.


1. Each vendor must submit an individual application and payment. Spaces may not be combined.

2. All food sold or given away must be vegan. All products sold must be vegan. Vegan means no animal products: flesh, fat, broth, gelatin, egg, dairy, or honey.

3. All food-service disposable items such as plates, cups, and containers, must be compostable.

4. ​Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown of their exhibit, and for removal of all trash/debris from their assigned area. Either take all garbage home or take it to the designated onsite dumpster before leaving.

5. Setup begins at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 25, 2024.

6.​There will be a limited motor vehicle access to the Vegan Street Fest street between 7am and 9am to allow Vendors to drop off all the items and supplies they need to set up their booth.

Each vendor will be allocated one parking space either behind their booth or in close proximity to their booth within the Vegan Street Fest grounds. Vendor vehicles must be parked in allocated spaces or have left the grounds by 9am. Vehicles parked in the event grounds will not be able to be moved again until after the event ends.

7. Vendors shall exhibit, sell, or give away only merchandise, literature, and services specified in Application.

8. Vendors must staff their exhibits during the entire event from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ​We request all vendors have their exhibits ready by 10:00 a.m. and remain with their exhibits until 4:00 p.m. out of courtesy to patrons, other vendors, and organizers of event.

9. Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown of their exhibit.

10. This is an OUTDOOR EVENT. ​Area utilized not to exceed 10×10′, unless previously requested and approved through the Sign-Up Form. All tents shall be weighted and not staked.

11. All tables, tablecloths and chairs must be provided by vendor. Area utilized not to exceed 10×10′.

12. Vendors must have signage clearly identifying the name of the vendor. Food vendors must have signage clearly listing food offerings and prices. ​We encourage all food vendors to offer small portions and sampler plates. Prices are encouraged to be less than $10.

13. No plastic bottled water is allowed to be sold.

14. No balloons of any type will be allowed.

15. Photos and video of you and your vendor table may be used for outreach, education, marketing, or other purposes.

16. Should any contingency interrupt or prevent the holding of Vegan Street Fest, including but not limited to inclement weather, war, terrorism, or lockouts, the event coordinators, sponsors, or non-profit shall in no way be liable to vendors. Should any contingency prohibit the event from taking place as scheduled, event coordinators will make their best effort to reschedule the event on a weekend day as near to the original date as possible, but there is no guarantee that the fest will be rescheduled.

17. All food vendors who are cooking/heating onsite and/or have a refrigerator must each have a fire extinguisher by order of the Fire Marshal (can be a small fire extinguisher — need not be large.)

18. Animal rescues (or any organization or individual) must not breed animals or promote or support breeding of animals.

19. All food/restaurant vendors are encouraged (but not required) to give out free samples of their food products.

20. Vendors agree to make no claim for any reason against event coordinators, sponsors, the non-profit or the Vegan Street Fest, for theft, damage, or destruction of goods, or for injury to themselves, employees, volunteers, or visitors incurred at the event.

21.Full vendor payment must be received prior to the event – by February 9, 2024 – in order to receive a reserved 10×10′ spot.

22. Failure to follow any of the above conditions will result in vendor being ineligible to participate in future Vegan Street Fests.

23. All vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance of at least $1 Million with LIFESTYLE SOLUTIONS HEALTHY PLANET INC. listed as a named insured by February 9, 2024.
